Food has no flavor, guy was kind of a jerk. Food looks nice but tastes like paper. We got the salad, ziti, spinach stromboli and pep,sausage,bacon Stromboli. Go to the pizza place downstairs their food is way better.

Unironically THE worst pizza I've ever had. Employees were extremely rude when I asked for what pizzas they had.I got the XL New York style specialty pizza and at first when I opened the box I was like, ok this doesnt look that bad.The toppings slid right off of every slice. EVERY. SLICE. The taste was watery cardboard. The sausage was bland. The sauce was flavorless.Do not eat here. Do not. Eat. Here. You would probably have a better time eating your own money.

Pizza is pizza so I didn’t have high expectations. That being said, the service at this location was incredibly off-putting. The male wasn’t rude, but seemed like he couldn’t wait to get outta there & the female that rang me up at the register was literally leaned over playing on her cellphone before, after, & during the time she was ringing me up. She may have said 10 words during the entire transaction and came off very rude and almost annoyed that I was bothering her while she was so engrossed in her cellphone. She also said something to the effect of “you have to choose a tip” I chose $0. If you are going to ask for a tip, the service should be at least somewhat better than you would expect from a bad drive-thru. It was worse than a drive-thru. She really shouldn’t be in a customer-facing work environment imo. It’s very clear she had no interest in being at work.

The worst costumer service ever. Went with my family and the service was poor, got the order wrong and even the supervisor got mad when asked her to add breadsticks; another supervisor was at the cashier and didn’t say a word. The supreme pizza was ok and the pineapple one was bad, not taste at all. I would not recommend it.

I spoke to this guy on this phone 3 times. The last time I spoke to him he started looking around like he doesn’t see me. We already locked eyes at this point so That’s very weird considering I can take 3 steps to Raising Canes and get greeted instantly!!!

Great Sbarro, quality has been consistent throughout the years. I first knew about these pizzerias in Puerto Rico: they're in every major mall. Quality has always been great. Much better than cheap pizza parlours you see everywhere else. I think the prices are worth it.

Disfunction- owners obviously don’t care about this location.No ice in your drink, no lid & no straws, pizza was obviously sitting there for hours, just to be KINDA warm coming out the heater oven.And send the girl working at the front to the back kitchen, since there she could continue to not acknowledge or speak a word to the customers.
