There's some 'bitter betty's' making some sour reviews....but what I can say is that her deserts hands down are the best. I've never had a problem ordering or getting ahold of someone. Nothing about this place was disappointing and I strongly disagree with those negative reviews. And this place will always get my business. Keep doing your thing Carnell!!!!

Based on the reviews, CarnellsCakery is a welcoming place with a pink theme and excellent customer service. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and full of charm. The desserts are described as some of the best in the DFW, with many creative takes on dessert types and flavors. Specific menu items mentioned include the frozen strawberry and lemonade mix, which was fire and very sweet, and the biscoff banana pudding, which has a nice balance of banana and biscoff. The ooey butter cake is a star, getting a straight 10, and the ooey gooey butter bar was indulgent and satisfying. The strawberry stuff cream cheese cookie is a nice size, soft, and thick. Other favorites include the BEST German chocolate cake and the ice cream LORD. The Oreo cookie cheesecake, salted caramel cheesecake, Oreo cookie cupcake, and birthday cupcake with sprinkles were all heaven on earth. Customers have never had a problem ordering and always want to buy more. This place will always get business.
