It's a locally owned - family run bakery business at the Dallas Farmer's Market - AND they now with a location at Tyler Station in Oak Cliff next to the brewing company. Everything is reasonably priced considering the high quality ingredients from small mills and attention to detail - especially notable with any pastry.The Multigrain Sour has a nice crispy crust with perfect amount of air pockets....reminds me very much of the bread overseas. Happened by this place while looking for a mimosa in the farmers market so we decided to try the food. Everything we had was delicious!!! We had the crawfish hush puppies, i had raw oysters which the bartender/waitress helped pick all were awesome. My wife had the gumbo and i had the scallop pasta special.
