Great food all the menu YUM 😋
Got the kitchen sink cookie and it only had the milk and semi sweet chocolate in it with barely any salt on it. It was missing the pretzels and caramel pieces. It may be based on location because the Rockwall and Rowlett location have never lacked the ingredients.

The service can be inconsistent; some staff members are very nice, and managers are often accommodating. For example, a night manager was very kind when a customer’s order was missing an item, giving an extra item and dessert as a gesture. Another customer noted that the woman working the drive-through was super nice. However, experiences vary, and sometimes the food quality isn't perfect. One customer received a grilled chicken BLT with avocado, but the avocado was hard and not ripe, which affected the sandwich. The chicken was sliced in small pieces and kept falling out, but the blueberry muffin was good. Delivery orders can sometimes be mishandled, like a cinnamon crunch bagel that was toasted without request and improperly packaged, leading to a ruined top half and a disappointing experience. Despite these issues, Panera is known for its delicious breads, pastries, soups, and sandwiches, and is a good option for those looking to eat healthier.
