So I decided to eat here because I haven't had panera and wanted to do something different. I looked at the menu and got a little excited because they had alot of good food to offer.I ordered the French onion soup in a bread bowl and when I got it they forgot the bread bowl. I asked the staff and they gave me a whole loaf to be used for the bread bowl. Caesar Salad was very brown/ yellow no flavor. Bread that came with salad was cold and stale. I couldn’t even bite into it. 42 $ worth of food only thing that came out good was the broccoli cheddar soup.

So far, i have had a nice experience visiting this place. I have received a positive customer service. My orders have always been right. The only issue that worries me a little bit is the cleanliness when eating inside one time. I hope they keep the kitchen clean, but overall my food has always tasted good and is always on point. :-)
