This is the only Potbelly that I've ever been to, so can't compare it to other locations. My third visit earlier today. It's a nice little spot. Simply decorated but comfortable and clean. I will start with the positive, my mobile order was ready as promised. Team member that handed me my food (black woman with top bun and bangs) was very friendly. I came at about 2 pm so hoping it's just timing but dining area needed some major care, lots of dirty tables and the floor had food everywhere. Made me reconsider overall cleanliness but I placed a Mobile order so was too late.

This was my first time trying this establishment. I loved my visit! Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean, well organized, and spacious as well! Nom Nom Nom, the bread was toasted perfectly. There was a light crunch with every bite. All the veggies were fresh and crisp. I had to be schooled about a slim sandwich. I will definitely be back to try more menu items??
