“While running errands in Addison, I stopped at the Mad Cafe after searching for lunch places near me. The place is nothing fancy and seems to serve mainly workers in the building, but thee food was freshly prepared, the potions were huge and staff were efficient and nice. Though thee service was efficient, they serve one person at a time so there was about a 10 minute wait. The food was good though and the price was reasonable so I would definitely recommend it. I had an Italian Melt and my husband had a chicken avocado wrap-both were yummy.“

We had a blueberry scone and hot fresh croissant from the oven and they both were excellent! Baked with European butter as described by the owner/baker! We washed them down with a hot mocha and cappuccino that were chef’s kiss perfect! If you haven’t been, just go. You’ll be glad you did!“

My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“
