We had a blueberry scone and hot fresh croissant from the oven and they both were excellent! Baked with European butter as described by the owner/baker! We washed them down with a hot mocha and cappuccino that were chef’s kiss perfect! If you haven’t been, just go. You’ll be glad you did!“

Many places use corned beef hash like you can buy canned at the grocery store. Here is is the real deal. They also make their own hot sauce, that is so flavorful!“

“Simply Amazing!! I was craving breakfast but the time was 11:30 exactly and I did not know the breakfast hours here as this was my first visit. I asked the sweet lady who greeted me when I came in if I could still get breakfast and she told me yes. I ordered 2 eggs over eazy, 2 strips of bacon, 1 bisquit w/gravy and hasbrowns for take out. Just a simple breakfast. I got back to my office and started to eat and was amazed at how great this simple breakfast tasted. This is my new go to Cafe. Great Food. “This is a small supermarket that has a small section with a few tables for dining in. The veggie and meat sampler offers excellent value and the sambusa was nice and crispy with a good amount of spiciness. The taste of each of the veggie items was pretty good and comparable to others good Ethiopian places in DFW.“

“The weather in Texas suddenly turned quite hot today. On top of that, I had already finished the water in my bottle, so I found this drink shop nearby. They offer a full range of coffee and other beverages, and the space is designed just right, comfortable and inviting.

I chose a mango green tea with lemon. It tasted light and refreshing, not too sweet, and nicely chilled. It turned out to be a perfect spot during my afternoon schedule to rest my legs, stretch a bit, and take a proper break.“

“The food was delicious. We had the chicken skillet and meat skillet. The chicken one had large pieces of avocado on top. Both well seasoned and very good. The biscuit was also very nice as was the gravy. Our service was amazing. In fact, the owner stopped by because he thought I needed something before the food arrived. He was right, it was 1:30 and I had not eaten all day. He brought me some toast and gravy on the house and was clearly and genuinely concerned that I was comfortable. Nice atmosphere (although it is noisey) and tasty food served with care. Worth the drive over there in my opinion.“
