“Shout out to Salina! She figured out a way to make a similar hot drink to the one Starbucks has discontinued! She even took the time to write down what she did and how another employee can ring it up for the next time I visit! She was outstanding & needs a raise!!Note: A different Starbucks wouldn't make it with a lame, lazy excuse, but that will be another review.😉“

“This is my go to starbies! Drinks are made with love here! We’ve had the iced white chocolate, strawberry lemonade refreshers, pink drink, matcha to name a few and they’ve hit everytime! Aside from that the service is always great.“

“I came in during 4th of July weekend and need to give props to the team who worked, I had an amazing experience and was welcome with happy faces!! Jasmine was amazing, very sweet and hard working and so were all the other workers😁.“

“Superior staff almost make up for the mounting frustrations with Starbucks; they have signage up for weeks of drinks that are “out of season” yet they’re still advertised, I drove to 3 different locations in attempt to get a Tom Mozz flatbread but Target/Kroger Starbucks don’t carry them, and this location “hasn’t been receiving lunch items”. Debbie was considerate and offered alternative suggestions, which frankly was the primary redeeming quality of an otherwise dissatisfactory experience.“

“Jaelan was extremely kind and patient. We changed a drink order twice yet she maintained a smile on her face and kept reassuring us to make sure my dad got exactly what he wanted. My dad doesn't drink Starbucks coffee because he's always on the road as a truck driver; so I truly appreciate her going above and beyond for him.“

“I forgot to ask her name but the barista is working 4/30 @ around 10:30 was so sweet and made my drink perfectly even though I believe it’s a bit complicated to make. I usually don’t do Starbucks in the first place but she made my morning. Cat pic for your enjoyment queen.“

“I wanted to take a moment to truly recognize and thank the team at this location. I order the exact same drink no matter which location I go to. However, not every location has the same consistency when it comes to quality and taste of the drink. This particular location has never failed me, it’s evident the baristas make their drinks with love and I will continue to go to this location even when it’s a little far off my commute.“

“I purchased a Starbucksdrink at another location.The drink was made in correctly so I pulled up to the Starbucks here at this location in Garland off Jupiter Road. The gentleman by the name of Moises who has helped me several times, gladly made the drink for me. He's awesome please,recognize him four his outstanding customer service and he always gives service with a smile. That is awesome barista! I would like to add I purchased a mango venti drink at least four times a day.
