Starbucks in Garland

“Shout out to Salina! She figured out a way to make a similar hot drink to the one Starbucks has discontinued! She even took the time to write down what she did and how another employee can ring it up for the next time I visit! She was outstanding & needs a raise!!Note: A different Starbucks wouldn't make it with a lame, lazy excuse, but that will be another review.😉“

“This Starbucks location was a vibe! When we arrived, the drive thru was wrapped around the building and we were impressed that they had someone outside taking orders and the line moved quick! I did a pick up order and upon walking in was greeted and everyone was so friendly. The drinks were made to perfection! The staff said “working on your last drink queen” and it made me feel joy! Thanks for starting my day off right!“

“Superior staff almost make up for the mounting frustrations with Starbucks; they have signage up for weeks of drinks that are “out of season” yet they’re still advertised, I drove to 3 different locations in attempt to get a Tom Mozz flatbread but Target/Kroger Starbucks don’t carry them, and this location “hasn’t been receiving lunch items”. Debbie was considerate and offered alternative suggestions, which frankly was the primary redeeming quality of an otherwise dissatisfactory experience.“

“Every time I get the chance to stop at this location has been great customer service. Today we were helped by Joshua in the drive thru. He was kind and courteous. Very nice experience. The food items were great and the drinks are always on point.“

“Starbucks is good but people like Gregory make it great. He's an Amazing barista and person. When I got off work, tired and kind of bummed out tonight, I went into Starbucks and the service provided made me feel so appreciated that I wanted to pay it forward. Thank you! ?“

“This location can generally be quick except during training. Today I don’t know what the deal was, I waited way too long for a simple cold brew. Also. Your attitude means so much even thru the mic when ordering , so when the employee has a bunk attitude it comes off rude and ruins the experience and can change our attitude. Time is limited and attitudes go so far.“

“Starbucks #6391 West Buckingham road location. I was there at 7:42 am for a gallon of coffee. Received service with a smile and they managed to get it out to me in 10 minutes with sweeteners, milk, cups with lids. When ready they addressed me by name and handed it to me. Much better service than the Plano Rd location #59521, I went to yesterday who took 30 minutes they put it on the counter, didn't call my name had I not been watching it would have taken longer. They didn't include sweeteners.“
