A man that came in here and left his bike outside almost had it stolen. He started screaming and the manager calmly walked out and started talking to him trying to calm him down. Leaving this review because of the amount of patience and love the manager had and how he handled this situation. You never see collected kindness anymore. 100000% props to him. I love this location. I was having one of those mornings where I misplaced my keys after I ordered my drinks on the mobile app. I called the Awesome Sauce Starbucks Team (cause they are super awesome) and they said no problem it happens all the time and they can even remake my drinks I ordered. When I got to my fav location to pick up my drinks they even gave me a little note and a gift card saying "I hope your day's gets better!" Now that's what I call customer service. This location is always on top of things and everyone working here has the best attitude. I always leave with a smile and rarely have to wait for my drink. They even were gracious enough to redo my order after I ordered hot when I wanted cold. Whoops! Love this location and the staff!
