From a ranch in Montalba, I was trying to feed 3 hungry men who had worked outside in this heat today. I called in my order and explained exactly what I needed, 3 meals, enough to feed 3 men. The young lady who took my order assured me with 3 slices brisket dinners, 3 loaded baked potatoes, baked beans for 3 men and barbeque sauce. She said this should be plenty to feed them. I have been trying to call the establishment and the phone goes to voice mail stating it has not been set up yet, unprofessional. I am highly upset with our food...The quality and quantity of our food was poor. We ordered 2 Giant bakers one with meat one without, the potatoes were tiny (4" potatoes) far from giant and definitely not worth $8.75 & $6.50... the 2 meat plate was lacking meat not worth $12.25. I ordered from this location on DoorDash...the food was edible which is why it got two stars. The brisket and turkey both seemed old and not tasty. The turkey also had strange coloring. The green beans were gross. The roll we got was rock hard. I’m also pretty sure my baked potato hadn’t been washed. Very disappointing overall. The Wylie location is WAY better. I hate to be critical, but all of this is the honest truth. It was a shockingly bad meal.
