“I recently visited here and the customer service was excellent. I went through the drive through so did not get names, but have been there several times before and it’s always the same. This day I was not having a good day but the kindness and efficiency of the staff lifted my spirits.
It’s a little crazy but I always wondered about the messages on the cups and what good they did. This day I found out because the barista added ‘Have a great day!’ With a smiley and for some reason I actually smiled and decided that I would.
Keep being a pleasant place to visit for coffee!!!

“What can I say about this Starbucks location?

You might be surprised that I gave the crew five stars in every category, but honestly, I wish I could give them one hundred stars. Joni, Amber, Ash, Zoya, Becca, Tony, Cali, Caleb, and the rest of the team are truly wonderful people—highly professional, humble, and genuinely service-minded.

As someone who has visited many Starbucks locations, I consider myself a regular customer, and by far, this is my favorite one. Thank you all for making me feel a sense of belonging and for welcoming me with such warmth every time I visit.

Honestly, performance-wise, I do not see much distinction among them; they are all excellent. However, if I absolutely had to choose one standout, I would mention Ash. She clearly knows how to balance professionalism with friendliness, always carries a pleasant smile, and brings an infectious energy that makes the place even more welcoming.

Walking into this Starbucks feels like stepping into a cozy neighborhood café rather than just another chain. Christina’s bright smile and genuine “good morning” instantly set the tone — it’s the kind of personal touch that makes you want to come back. The store itself is beautifully kept, with warm lighting, clean tables, and that perfect coffee aroma wrapping around you the second you walk in. “Sweetest staff ever! I walked in to get a cup of milk to fix a drink I got from another starbucks and I told them what happened and they offered to remake it for me, I just had to show them proof of the drink. Anywho I was surprised they offered to remake the drink considering I bought it from another Starbucks. They made my day a whole lot better, definitely will come back to this starbucks again!“

“This is my go to Starbucks for a reason. Everything from their regional manager Nick, Store Manager Anne , to all of the baristas Leah, Zan, Hya, to Alma are all amazing people. This is my second office for a reason. The service is amazing, fast and they just care more here. Good music, good vibes here. Espresso drinks area always on point.“

“Stopped by before work because I needed caffeine bad. Ordered an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and it actually tasted right for once. The barista got my name right too which never happens. I was in and out fast and made it to work on time.“

I've been coming to this location since I started my medical job in February. I was a high volume bartender for clubs previously for 8 years. These 2 morning staff MAKE MY MORNING everyday!!! To the point I'm sad the days I can't make it in! I cannot thank them enough for being the people they are!For the 1 star reviewers & the rude customers I've experienced in my time coming... I encourage you to take into consideration the fact that it is usually one of them working in the morning and sometimes both of them... 6+ customers at any given time in line while they not only.... take you & everyone elses order, check you out, warm your food, and also make your coffee... while your typical Starbucks has multiple people for each job... please be more kind and considerate as they are doing their best to make everyones things in a timely manner.The world needs more kind people <3“

“Went into Starbucks to sip on something warm & non-caffeinated on this chilly day. Isaiah acknowledged me, recommended the Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and the drink is great. He had awesome energy, the space was clean, and the chai is worth a try while it’s still out!“

“Went in on a Saturday morning. The barista was very friendly and made the order very quick. It was very delicious, and the sit-down area is a little cramped with lots of coffee and mugs available to purchase. Starbucks Rewards are accepted here.“
