“I came in here on a very warm Saturday afternoon and I ordered a iced caramel macchiato…the young woman at the register (I think her name was Alyssa?) greeted me with respect and poise as if I was family and she answered my questions that I had about the different selections of lactose-free milks. I patiently waited for my drink made by Layla and as she spoke my name with a smile I raised from my seat to go get it she offered to bring it to me (5 stars just for that!!) and her warm smile spoke to me…When I took my first gulp of my beverage I got a sensation of pleasure hit all pallets of my tongue and I knew that I would be coming back just for these 2 girls. Thank you starbucks for making my experience so delightful!!“
“As one of this stores regulars I'm always so happy to see them every morning! Everyone greets me when I walk in and most of them know me by name and have my order memorized. They have some off days but so does everyone especially seeing the way other customers yell at them daily I'm surprised they still show up! This is a good store, Starbucks you're doing great with this team!“
“This is a fairly new location and I was quite impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff. I recently placed a huge order on-line for a class that I was teaching. The mobile app came in handy for this and told me exactly when it would be ready for pick-up. I cannot tell you how impressed I was by the way the order was filled, by the way they had it packed up for transport and all the attention to detail adding all the other products that were needed (many additional). One staff member even helped me take things out to my car. All the staff were smiling and pleasant and I had a very positive experience here.
