Starbucks in Rowlett

“My go to starbies. I love most of the staff. Drinks come out similar in taste for the most part. Wait time is usually not bad. One thing I noticed is one particular employee always directs to us as “you guys” when it’s just me … to be quite honest it does bother me but I’ve never said anything because I try to be respectful. Other thank that this is my fave starbies“

“I really don't know if it's 1-2 special employees, or all of them, but I cannot begin to tell you how lovely I find it that even when I can't pick up my coffee myself, even when I have to have it delivered, I get a lovely message written on my cup. It is such a small thing but often brings a smile to my face - I tend to treat myself to Starbucks only on the toughest of mornings. The crew here is incredibly kind and I've never once in two years of visiting this shop had poor service. On the busiest of mornings I still get a friendly greeting, and the food is delicious - listen I know that they don't make it by hand in the store but I've been to other Starbucks wh the the sandwich somehow ends up cold or in pieces before it makes it into the bag. I absolutely recommend visiting this store.“

“9/16/24: This was my first visit. I was greeted by Grace, and she was very friendly. I had a question about whole bean coffee and she took care of me. While I was waiting, I checked out the cup selection and bought a nice one. This location was very clean, and it wasn't very busy. I would definitely come back!“
