Awesome customer service
honestly no problems with this starbucks but today i got 2 venti size drinks, this one is basically a cup of ice and maybe not even a tall with just the drink. i know light ice is a option and i did not mention it but NEVER has my cup been this full of ice without asking for light ice
My go to starbies. I love most of the staff. Drinks come out similar in taste for the most part. Wait time is usually not bad. One thing I noticed is one particular employee always directs to us as “you guys” when it’s just me … to be quite honest it does bother me but I’ve never said anything because I try to be respectful. Other thank that this is my fave starbies

However, some experiences vary; one customer received a watered-down Chai Tea Latte, which was disappointing.
