“I love this location. They always make my drink amazing. They know I got into a car accident so I’m only able to eat limited food, but they also just make sure that it is always warm in my drink is always right. I really appreciate you guys you make my day and the customer service is top-tier“

Service That Keeps Me Coming Back!
I visit this Starbucks location multiple times a day now, and it is entirely because of the outstanding team and the fantastic service they provide every single day.
The morning shift manager sets an incredible tone for the whole store—he is always genuinely happy, welcoming, and takes orders with the same upbeat, positive energy every time.
The entire staff goes above and beyond. Just recently, I thought I had placed a mobile order on my way to work, but it hadn’t actually gone through. When I arrived and gave them my name, they already knew exactly what my regular order was and made it for me on the spot, only mentioning at the handoff that the app hadn't completed it. The fact that they knew my order by heart was such a kind, thoughtful gesture that saved my morning routine.
Alyssa is also absolutely wonderful! We’ve built a great relationship; she always remembers my exact coffee order, my favorite desserts, and never forgets to grab a pup cup for my dog.
Today, they blew me away yet again. I’ve recently become addicted to the banana bread matcha, which has been sold out at a lot of locations. The app allowed me to order it, but they had unfortunately just run out of the ingredients. When I explained how much I'd been looking forward to it, they went out of their way to make things right by giving me my usual daily order instead and fully refunding my money.
This level of care, recognition, and top-tier customer service is so rare. They don't just make coffee; they genuinely care about their regulars. Highly, highly recommend this location!“
