The staff is always friendly, especially in the mornings. The beverages and food are consistently good, including the hazelnut shaken expresso. The whole staff provides great customer service, and a kind gentleman with glasses made things right when coffee beans didn't work out. The location is great, with a clean and cozy environment, making it comfortable to sit for a few hours to do work. However, the floors have been filthy with crumbs and hair, suggesting the night crew may not have cleaned up. Also, one order of three coffees had no flavor, tasting like milk and water, which was disappointing given the delivery fees. Overall, the drink quality and quantity are top notch at this home Starbucks, earning a solid 10/10.
