In my opinion a score is only as good as its worst aspect. In this case, the food was good, but I ordered very expensive guacamole and did not receive it. It was a pickup order so I didn't really have time to bust open the bag and check my food. When people buy things online they trust you to include their $2.70 serving of guacamole in the order without a visual confirmation of overseeing employees so that they do the thing you are paying them to do. Yesterday I got the worst chipotle bowl I’ve ever hard. I got half chicken and half steak and the steak tasted so bad. It was inedible. Probably won’t ever get chipotle anymore. Rather have CAVA
