I just received one of the WORST coffees I have ever had in my life. I ordered on the app with no milk foam, it looks like it has milk foam. According to the app whipped cream is standard but mine had no whip. Now for the kicker, someone put cinnamon which I didn’t order on my white chocolate mocha. Went to the store to order 3 snickerdoodle hot chocolates. The order taker at the window told me he did not know how to make it did I know the recipe? I said no but I get all the time here. He told me I had to get something else. When I got to the window I ask to speak to the manager Lindsay she wouldn't even come to the window. I was told They were having a hard day today.
