They took forever on 3 drinks, meanwhile we waited we saw one person inside and no one else behind us in the drive thru, never again, like someone else said we could fly to brazil and back to make our own coffee, don’t recommend if in a rush??♀️

The single slowest Starbucks in the history of coffee. I could fly to Brazil, get a bag of beans, roast them myself when I get home and make a cup faster than it takes for them to make 2 iced coffees.

We have given this Starbucks location multiple chances but still has fallen short. Today I ordered and iced caramel macchiato and they didn’t even add the caramel which is literally in the name of the drink… and another time we ordered a grande drink and a venti drink but they gave both of them as grande. So I paid more for a larger drink I didn’t get and I was in a rush so didn’t have time to wait for a redo. I will be driving a little further to a different location now because of these things. It’s already expensive coffee but to make it wrong multiple times is ridiculous and a waste of my money.

I was in a rush and placed a pickup order for 11:09 and waiting at least 10 min and my order still wasn’t ready. I left without getting the drink i paid for. They had one person making drinks and it seemed like the drive thru orders got priority. if you are in a rush do not go here. they are

The staff here is HORRIBLE! I tried grabbing a *sleeve* for my hot coffee cup and was berated by the "Karen" behind the counter. According to this psycho, they have to destroy all the sleeves since I touched one.The pop music is so loud that you can't have a discussion of any kind.
Worst customer service! Used my phone to pay for coffee, asked if I should scan for stars or pay she was chatting with coworker and go ahead and scan for pay. When said I didn’t get stars scanned she just sighed and said oh I have to treat first! I can void this start all over but that will take a bit. There was a couple behind me and she made me feel like I was holding up the line. So I just moved out of the way then … Waited for 15 for a tall vanilla latte

I come here frequently. It's near by home and convenient. It's spacious, has many tables, and has a nice patio. I usually get cafe mocha and it's still my favorite! Only problem is , it's gets too busy and loud! I mean the grinding machines lol. I get work done here as I do see many come in too for that reason.

I will always go out of my way to go to this Starbucks. There’s two others that are closer to my house but I make the extra 5 min drive to this one because they always make my drinks right and are quick! My matcha is always perfect when I order from here. It’s also never crazy busy and if they are it is quick! The baristas are always so kind

I went to Starbucks to get my normal. Caramel macchiato with oat milk on ice. The drink was made perfect as always. Today the service was different. Savanna was upbeat and fresh of breath air.The service was remarkable.
