“I was getting some evening coffee. It’s been a day!!! now I don’t have a go to order, but I just had to get some and what I got was just a regular iced brown sugar, oatmeal shake, and espresso. The barista who made my order did a wonderful job. The only thing that I did not like was the customer service at the drive-through window!! Starbucks? This is like the fifth interaction I had with bad customer service. We might need to revisit that with all employees. Thank you. Good day!“
“I cannot express how happy I am with this location—from the service to the handcrafted drinks. I usually stop by early in the morning or later in the afternoon, and no matter the time or day, all of the baristas are well-spoken, humble, and greet customers warmly. They pay great attention to each order. Thank you, guys!“

“Me and girlfriend went to the inhouse Starbucks at Tom thumb and ordered caramel frappe our barista Grace made the drink for us but the Carmel pump was not working and she noticed it, because of which our drink was a bit less sweet Grace went out of her way and redid our order again to make sure we had the best experience, and her thoughtful attitude truly made our day. “Went to Starbucks before class because I needed caffeine asap. Got an iced caramel macchiato and it came out perfect. The barista was friendly and fixed my order fast when I asked for less ice. Quick stop and it helped me get through the day.“
“go there often to study!! the workers deby and amrabaly were specifically nice, I was the only customer since I went there when they were about to close, they already cleaned the oven yet they nicely inform me & offered me to grab me another one!! I asked them for their names to share how nice they were“
