“I’ve lived in Richardson for four years, and every time I visit this Starbucks whether it’s a weekday or weekend Dennis is always welcoming, personable, and positive. Even if my order isn’t quite right, he handles everything with such a great attitude and makes the experience enjoyable. He consistently makes my drinks perfectly, and his customer service truly stands out!“

“I cannot express how happy I am with this location—from the service to the handcrafted drinks. I usually stop by early in the morning or later in the afternoon, and no matter the time or day, all of the baristas are well-spoken, humble, and greet customers warmly. “I drove up to Starbucks it almost closing time and I was greeted by young lady by the name of Fernanda who was very nice and greeted me with a smile and honestly I needed that smile tonight so thank you for rent Fernanda for being so gracious and pleasant with your customers!“

“Me and girlfriend went to the inhouse Starbucks at Tom thumb and ordered caramel frappe our barista Grace made the drink for us but the Carmel pump was not working and she noticed it, because of which our drink was a bit less sweet Grace went out of her way and redid our order again to make sure we had the best experience, and her thoughtful attitude truly made our day. “I have no idea why the reviews are so low on this location because they deserve 10 stars! This is my favorite Starbucks location EVER (and I'm a tough critic!) They recently remodeled this location so the chairs are super comfortable to sit in. The manager Kim is so sweet and kind and always makes a point to say hello. I go work remotely there for hours on end (sorry guys lol) but they still make me feel so welcome and at home. The baristas always greet me by name and know my order (shout out to Bea and Rose!) Definitely give this location a shot. They really care about customer experience and the drinks are always made perfectly which is wayyyy better than any other Starbucks I've been to. Thanks ya'll!“
