“Staff is warm and friendly, EASILY way cleaner than the 3 main starbucks locations in Dallas. Area is very walkable, there is lots to do here. Incredible!!! My dog felt right at home. We enjoyed the Indie music, this is what a coffee shop should feel like!!“

“OK, lemme start by saying that I am not one of those people who just likes everything lol... but this particular location has unusually solid, consistently good customer service and I LOVE that they're open late every single night. I live in the neighborhood and have been coming here since the first week they opened; however, on Sunday night (8.30.2026) the customer service was so good that these guys truly deserve recognition at the corporate level.

CARTER just knocked it out of the freaking park: I was genuinely wowed by how tuned in he is to the customer experience and the sincere hospitality he extended. I've been in the talent acquisition/development field for almost 2 decades and if I had to hire someone for his position, I would hire Carter in a heartbeat. Someone please give this guy a raise and a promotion - the good will and loyalty he is able to generate just through his sincere interpersonal skills is so rare.“

“Me and girlfriend went to the inhouse Starbucks at Tom thumb and ordered caramel frappe our barista Grace made the drink for us but the Carmel pump was not working and she noticed it, because of which our drink was a bit less sweet Grace went out of her way and redid our order again to make sure we had the best experience, and her thoughtful attitude truly made our day. Thank you, Grace—you’re a sweetheart!“

“Went to Starbucks before class because I needed caffeine asap. Got an iced caramel macchiato and it came out perfect. The barista was friendly and fixed my order fast when I asked for less ice. Quick stop and it helped me get through the day.“
