John was amazing!! He reminded me of what true customer service means. :)
The wait was unusually long, about 15 minutes for a coffee. But they gave it to me for free and a gift card for another free coffee for the inconvenience. Fantastic!
This is the first time I’ve ever given a Starbucks location only 3 stars. The interior is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the service or the staff. The service was slow, and the employees didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive. It’s disappointing because the location itself has so much potential. I hope they improve the customer service to match the quality of the store.
