Probably the best experience I have had at a Starbucks. Definitely the best customer service. Acknowledgement. from the time I walked in the door(which they all do that), but it was more than that. it was service with a smile. It was a simple conversation to make me feel like I mattered. It was the timeliness of my order(which i have been waiting at some for 15 minutes). The establishment is also a great place to work and study, offering excellent and stable wifi. The baristas are noted for working tirelessly and showing big heart and patience, even with difficult customers. While most experiences are great, with staff going above and beyond to make visits personal, one reviewer did experience an issue that was resolved by a manager with a refund. Although one reviewer found a 20-minute wait for a drink excessive, especially when inside orders were few, the welcoming presence and charisma of the staff, like the baristas, make it a favorite place for many.
