We’ve been walking here on Saturday mornings for a couple of months as part of our new routine and have to say, we love this Starbucks location. The staff knows our names now and are just awesome 🔥 great coffeee, great food and the best service. Keep up the great work!!

Starbucks Coffee Company in Plano offers a calm, cool and blissful vibe that many customers enjoy. The staff knows names and provides great coffeee, great food and the best service. Quick and fast service makes the small place feel quite good for a quick visit. Customers appreciate the friendly, helpful and professional attitude, the beautiful smile of the team and the patient assistance when choosing a drink. The drinks include a caramel cappuccino and a Mango latte, though some guests note the drink may not always feel good. Reusable dine in cups are available and refills on basic coffee type items are readily offered when using a reusable cup in store. Indoor tables are reliably clean and the patio, while sometimes a little dirty, can be cleared off a table and is visited by adorable pigeons and birds. WiFi is decent, faster than some fast food location and similar to a library. Overall the location is well balanced for the price point, solid for chain coffee and studying, and the teamwork and smiles are described as priceless.
