I had bought a drink and added the caramel crunch and an extra pump of syrup but when I received it, it had no crunch in it and I saw the person only add 3 pumps. So I paid extra for what?
I come here every morning before work and the baristas are always so friendly and kind. Definitely my favorite Starbucks!
