This store previously was amazing. I have been going to this store for 6 years. Always a pleasant visit until recently. They have this new guy that is a disease to the store and the Starbucks brand. He is rude and incivil. He has horrible customer service skills. I ordered via mobile app. There was literally no other order on the counter but my order.
