It is B.S. that now they don't want to take the cup they sell to refill coffee. Ad of Jan 1st Startvuvks allows you to take any cup to fill your coffee. Last time going g to this starbucks.

I’ve recently came in today and i ordered a pretty good amount of drinks, forgetting one, feeling absolutely terrible for holding up the line and putting stress on the man who was taking our orders, he still understood us and dealt with it professionally, i wish i knew his name! Thank you so much and i’m sorry about the hustle ?

I love Starbucks overall but I love it especially because of this location. They get it right every time (iced expresso, extra oat milk, 2 pumps cinnamon , 2 toffee nut, sweet cream foam or whip cream in a venti cup)! Thanks everyone!

No one greeted me upon walking in, I stood there for about 2-3 minutes before being acknowledged, then stood there another 2 minutes waiting on service. There was no one else in the store, but me.They did not have gift card sleeves and the cashier was distracted and more focused on the drive thru than taking my order.I worked fast food retail before and I understand how drive thru has a slightly higher priority, but that has nothing to do with not acknowledging my presence or giving me your full attention when taking my order.Very disappointing. There were 4, FOUR workers in the store and not ONE greeted me when walking in, but ALL of them looked at me.

Today was the slowest drive-thru I have ever had at Starbucks. I ordered by App and arrived 3 minutes before the app it should be ready. It took 20 minutes to go thru the drive-thru.

Bad experience and customer serviceJust for the pink drink with no ice they were charging extra 1$ for the juice especially the store manager of the evening she was being so rude and mean saying that she wanted to know the employees that are not doing their job of charging the $1 extra!

It's Starbucks, no big surprise there, nothing to write home about, the staff did a wonderful and excellent job of busting out all the orders as fast as humanly possible so that was good but there was a whole lot of people there so there wasn't much of an atmosphere more of a get in and get out.
