“Add the bacon ultimate cheeseburger, I used to eat it a lot back in the day. But it tastes different now. It's not as enjoyable maybe because my taste buds tends to want to eat things that I bake at home or make it home. This was definitely a treat cuz I definitely never go out to eat like this.“

“I had an issue with an online order that wasn't the fault of this Jack in the Box location, but the manager, Miriam, and the drive-thru employee, Alex, handled it with exceptional customer service. They were both friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make things right.

Even though the problem was caused by the online ordering system and not the restaurant, they went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken care of and that I left satisfied. It's rare to find employees who care that much about the customer experience.

“I typically order online for pickup and the team there always has my order hot, fresh and ready to go. They see me ride up in the parking lot and meet me at the door with my order. I am particular about my food and it is always prepared the way I requested to be made.“
