“I need to give this store some praise. I hadn't been here in awhile and I pulled in the drive-thru last night. I was greated by a very nice lady. She was extremely friendly, the guy at the window extremely friendly. He said hello, asking how I was and made sure my order was correct. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ALL. This was so nice to finally pull in somewhere a have that type of friendly service. Thank you very much!! BE BLESSED!!“
“Even though I usually go through the drive thru at this location I have never had a bad experience. Friendly staff and my order is always correct and the food is amazing and hot. Today was a little out of their norm though. I placed my order for two tiny tacos and a 3 pc egg roll with dipping sauce. When I got to the window the lady was giving me a price to pay and I had to remind her that it was an app order. Once the young man inside told her which order was mine she got it and handed it to me. All I did was repeat the order and asked if they put in the dipping sauces she turns back around to the young man and said that if it's not on the order I don't get any. Really, she then proceeded to give me 2 sweet and sour sauces in a matter that I dropped one on the floor board and she acted like she was upset that I even asked. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that keep up the great work.“
“I come to this store every single morning to get my iced coffee. It is always a wonderful experience with great employees which is why I come every morning to this specific Jack in the Box. Today on Dec. 22 around 8:30am I came thru the drive thru for a change and the woman at the window makes me not want to come back here anymore. She was not willing to listen to my complaint on my drink and just closed the window in my face. I paid for something I had to throw away as soon as I left because she was not willing to fix it without charging me. Blew my mind. Especially with how much of my money they get everyday. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because despite this one employee, they are a great store with good customer service. They need to teach that employee there quality customer service before she makes them lose valuable customers.“
“I wish I could give this place a million stars. No matter how many times I order this place or the time I order, my food is ALWAYS fresh and full. These employees take their jobs serious! I hope they know how appreciative I am of their service. I hope this gets recognized and they get a bonus or even a pizza party. Something because they definitely deserve it!
