“I’m only giving it 5 stars because Jonathan had great customer service. The girl who took our order messed up our order and he was patient and fixed our order without complaint. The other girl should not be working customer service as she has none and was not very nice. The food we ordered was fresh and the wait wasn’t long at all.“
“We do not have a Jack N the Box anywhere in Mississippi and that makes me so very sad 😭 I was in Texas for the first time in a decade. I stopped in here and bought 40 dollars worth of 🌮🌮🌮 The taco's are worth driving hundreds of miles for ☺️🌮💜 I packed them in my cooler and brought them back to Mississippi for my family who loves them so much 🌮💜☺️ Please Jack N the Box come to Mississippi. I live in Louisville Mississippi 🌮🌮🌮 Mississippi needs your taco's. I remember when they were 2 for a dollar 💰💵💰 THE SERVICE HERE WAS AMAZING BUT THE DIDN'T GIVE US ANY TACO SAUCE SADLY. THE CASHIER WAS SO KIND AND SWEET AS MISSISSIPPI ICED TEA 🥰“

“I loved this Jack n a Box! Others ones I've experienced either forget something in your order or serve food that wasn't fresh. But this one, everything was fresh, they didn't forget anything with my order, and they older guy that was working drive thru gave excellent customer service!“
