“I don't understand everything we come here to eat it's freaking cold . We told the that why it is super cold . They just say really? And they are wearing jackets and hoodies. We decided to eat outside and the other customers too. They should control the temperature.“
“Good food. Made quickly and fresh. Great staff. One particular older lady that took our order and gave us the food was very nice. Didn't get her name but she even made the effort to walk out the building to wave as we were getting in our car. Clean facility but never used the bathroom so cant comment on that. Would come back to this location“
“Ok so umm in the afternoon there was blood on the floor one of the cashier's noticed and got scared when i got my order i saw lady whos bleeding by her heel(she was in a wheel chair) none of the workers notice so my nephew and i alert them and they didn't do anything about it :/ you should do better with needs of others yall suck at customer service“
“Here is another example of separate incidents. On Christmas Eve Eve the lady working and her 10 yr old son was closing the store of which we didn't know was closing early ignored us totally at the drive through as we just wanted the sauces that were left out if the order for our food. So her kid came to the window and she told him to just ignore us instead of stating to myself and the long line behind us with a sign or personal responsibility as a manger to that they were closed so I had to go to CVS and pay 5.99 holiday prices for sauces. I'm not mentioning a child had no business at her job behind the counters carrying buckets of ice and wiping down the dining room tables, sound like a awesome thing for a kid but what if someone was crazy and went total mayhem over simply wanting sauces and being purposely ignored and her chill was put in harms way. This is why the laws we have regulate these types of things. On a normal note the night time guy is not for competition he gets the job done and works with 100% courtesy and professional skill and is the reason I continue to come to the location.“
“Anne was amazing I was the last customer and had a complicated order and a coupon lol if she would if turned me away or was upset I wouldn't be mad but instead she was an angel and was patient and kind this management material if not corporate if ive ever seen it she made the jack inthe box Corporation look amazing thank you Anne at jack in the box Irving Texas off belt line she's great and so is the staff“
“Jack in the Box never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how I order it. I love that they have such a wide variety — from tacos to burgers to breakfast all day. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My order is ready in no time, and the drive-thru is super convenient. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something tasty and satisfying!“
“I love me some curly fries! They're the best! The drive thru is always full, and when we get to the window our food is always hot and the service is straight to the point, polite and have a nice day lol but love their breakfast and the chicken sandwich! Always so crispy!“
“Overall, it's not a bad burger place. I've had better and worse. The portion per price is questionable at best. I feel like the burger should be twice as big for 5 dollars plus tax and not that flavorful. It's a bigger restaurant than it looks outside. The seats are really small, frim, and uncomfortable. I think the worst part was the soda machine it took 3 minutes to fill a large cup. The best part was the service friendly staff and being very professional. You can actually get a hamburger instead of a salad with a side of beef in a bun. Also, the menu is very diverse with lots of options. However, I recommend not walking there as it can be hazardous.“
