“I don't understand everything we come here to eat it's freaking cold . We told the that why it is super cold . They just say really? And they are wearing jackets and hoodies. We decided to eat outside and the other customers too. They should control the temperature.“

I was ordering through Uber and I could not add a note for them to put hot sauce and mayo packets so I called the store and thankfully Gabriella said she would add hot sauce to my bag and she indeed did! Big thanks to her she was nice n sweet“

“Good food. Made quickly and fresh. Great staff. One particular older lady that took our order and gave us the food was very nice. Didn't get her name but she even made the effort to walk out the building to wave as we were getting in our car. Clean facility but never used the bathroom so cant comment on that. Would come back to this location“

“Ok so umm in the afternoon there was blood on the floor one of the cashier's noticed and got scared when i got my order i saw lady whos bleeding by her heel(she was in a wheel chair) none of the workers notice so my nephew and i alert them and they didn't do anything about it :/ you should do better with needs of others yall suck at customer service“

There’s two ladies and both should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. “Placed a pretty big mobile order, it was ready on time and accurate! The staff members are very friendly 💙 Super grateful they had mozzarella sticks unlike the location closer to my house, worth the little extra drive 😊“

“Stopped in for lunch on a weekday and it was way better than I expected. Got the Sourdough Jack combo and the bread was actually toasted just right, not soggy, not burnt. Fries were fresh and hot. The staff was moving fast considering the lunch rush. Dining room was clean too, which I appreciate. Knocked off a star because the self-order kiosk kept freezing but someone helped me out quick.“
