“I want to rave on an employee here that went above and beyond. I ordered through the App and even though Jack in the Box doesn’t have their stuff together, this employee stepped up. You can’t add Salsa for burritos in the app. So when I asked for it at the window the young lady handed me a sealed bag and said I already put it inside for you. That’s amazing service to make up for lack of consideration by her employer. Sometimes the little things are the best and that employee will be going places in a world where that doesn’t seem the case with our youth these days.“
