Do not try to go through here at night. I don't know if they changed the guy up, but the guy that worked the drive-thru and the counter is rude, non-compliant, and just all-around worthless. I've stood at the front counter for a good 20 minutes with him seeing me waiting but never acknowledging my existence. Finally, the guy from The Grill comes up and asks me if I've been helped?. This guy tells him to go back to his station, "I'll take care of it" and then just walks off again....read full review

I can't believe this just happened to me. I was standing and waiting in front of the counter for 10 minutes, but nobody came to get the order. Everybody was so busy doing their thing in the back. I wasn't the only customer they had either. There were 4 people waiting behind me, but nobody cared. Girl with red shirt, I assume that was the manager, made eye contact couple of times, but that was it. O turned around and left, and few of the customers left when I did as well. Jack-in-the-Box is one of the best places for fast food, and I always go here when I crave late-night food. As usual, jalapeño poppers they are my forever favorite, but this time, I tried a fish sandwich, and it was pretty good. I was starving,and I also ordered spicy chicken wraps I really like them staff is very friendly
