Why in the heck did you change the Mocha Iced Coffee to Sweet Cream Mocha Iced Coffee…we could add our own SWEET cream; but instead this is a diabetic cup waiting to happen. The Mocha’s here were my favorite….NOT SO MUCH NOW 😡“

One of the nicest and most caring people I've ever encountered when it's come to customer service. I highly recommend you don't panic or anything and just ask there employees for any sort of assistance. Was absolutely seamless except for the short slight wait with the vehicle infront of me.
Prices are decent.
Would definitely recommend especially for breakfast sandwiches.

Kid-friendliness: Seems like it although didn't notice any play area like one would in places like Burger King and McDonald's.“

“I had a craving for McDonald's French fries & we weren't sure where the closest one was.
I decided to give Jack in the box fries a try.
Because this was my very 1st visit to a Jack in the box, I googled then to make sure.
Google recommended the CURLY FRIES as the best option
I walked in, waited for the previous customer to finish their order & I placed mine.
I was surprised to see that a large curly fries were like $4-$5.
The cashier dropped me some hot fries & I was very lucky today!
Me & bae shared the fries.
I only wish I had purchased 2 orders, but this was just supposed to be a snack.
The fries were fresh, hot & delicious.
I made a great choice!
The atmosphere from what I saw was clean & the service was okay.

“There is nothing wrong about this place, great view by the stadium, the fantastic staff that work hard to supplement your needs, and the clean atmosphere all around. This place is amazing to get a quick meal for locals and travellers alike!“

Wheelchair accessibility: Had tables some with no chairs more seemed to be wider at least for a wheelchairs can handicapped people very nice place would recommend anyone to try it“

“I went to this Jack-in-the-Box around 1:30am -2am this morning and found what looks like one very hard-working lady at the window. There were at least 3 to 5 cars in the drive-through and I must say she was outstanding. This was the epitome what great customer service, in or away from, a drive-through should look like. What I mean by this is that she helped the customer in front of her without worrying about the next customer in line.The thing that stood out the most was that rather than just handing me the bag and expecting me to pull away, prior to giving me the bag, she did something crazy and asked me if I needed any condiments and was more than happy to get what I responded, and simply said thank you! God bless this person, I’m just sorry I didn’t get her name.“

“I came here just expecting to order and get my food but on my visit I did experience unexpected great service and great food quality. The lady was very kind and had a good spirit in her communication. The food was cooked really well and did not leave me disappointed in any way! I really appreciate the good service!“

“I get food here all the time , there a very few places that serves chicken sandwich early in the morning and jack in the box is one of them , i order food here early in the morning all the time and food is made fresh and served hot , there is a lady that works here in the drive through i dont know her name but she is a very nice lady , she is so polite she once re made my food because i accidentally dropped them on the floor. im glad that this place exists in arlington“

“Three stars cuz everything's pretty mediocre.

Vegetarian options: I don't know too much about the vegetarian options but I do know that they have a really good teriyaki bowl that does come with chicken but can be substituted for something other than.

Parking: You can park on the side to your right when you first pull in or you can pull around past the drive-thru and there's a larger parking lot on the other side!

Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of gray options as far as finger foods and things like that for children and just overall foods that kids enjoy.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessibility at both entrances where one entrance faces the street and the other faces the carwash to the left.“

“Had a great experience at this one... thank you Jack would be proud.. the only thing I hate is late Nighy they always say something isn't working... I know that trick I use to do that when I was young and didn't want to do anything“

“After that other jack on park row was only taking Uber eats/door dash I decided to come to this jack which is further out from where I live but theu gladly took my order and attended me really great and my order was nice and hot and fresh and quick didn't even last 5 to 8 minutes. GREAT JOB JACK!!!“

“It is a very simple and fast food place, they only have a limited menu, I don't know if it is seasonal or because there are no ingredients, some days there are somewhat rude cashiers and on some days there are very friendly waitresses. In the take-out service they take a little while but they ask that you do them the favor of waiting in front just so that they don't tell them in their turn that they take several orders, but they don't behave up to par, in the case of some cashiers one You do them a favor but when you get a bitter cashier there's no way to help her and they still demand.“
