“We came in today for a Sourdough Jack meal and received some of the best customer service we’ve had at this location in quite a while! Donte provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. He greeted us warmly, was very professional, and made sure to ask if we needed any additional condiments or anything else with our order. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out.

“This Jack in the Box is close by, which makes it super convenient. The service wasn’t bad — the staff were nice and seemed busy but focused on getting orders out, not just standing around. The food itself was kinda mid; the meats were on the dry side, but I’m not super picky, so it was fine. The place could’ve been a bit cleaner, though. It’s a nice environment overall, and if they kept it spotless, I think more people would come by. The soda machine was missing a few options, but the good ones were there and tasted right, so no complaints there. I’ll be back — not perfect, but decent and convenient.“
