“only put five stars so this could appear at the top I visited the Jack in the Box on Henderson Street around 6:00 a.m. before work, and it was a very disappointing experience. My server was Lorena G.
When I pulled into the drive-thru, I noticed the ordering screen appeared to be down. I sat there for several minutes saying “hello” multiple times, but no one responded through the speaker. After waiting, I drove around to the drive-thru window. There were no employees at the window, and after another couple of minutes, an employee finally came from the back while looking at her phone, appearing to have been texting. Another employee was preparing food, and I did not observe proper hand-washing procedures.
When I explained that the drive-thru screen seemed broken and that no one had responded when I tried to place my order, Lorena G was rude and dismissive. Instead of listening to my concern, she insisted that I wasn’t close enough to the screen. Her attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly.
To make matters worse, I was given a regular iced coffee instead of the drink I ordered. It felt as though my concerns were ignored, and the entire interaction left me feeling unwelcome as a customer.
Customer service was poor, the order was incorrect, and the overall experience was frustrating, especially that early in the morning. Based on this visit, I will not be returning to this location“
“The employee that worked tonight was absolutely amazing! One note tho, whoever manages this is specific location is the worst person ever. The poor employee was by himself, taking orders, making drinks, and preparing the orders himself. We were waiting in line wondering what was taking so long. We were joking the employee must be alone, and behold, he was in fact alone. I want to reiterate, the employee was AMAZING, but the manager should care about their employees much more.

“There are not too many late night food spots in that direct area so that is great always open to or three in the morning usually that's never crowded drive-through super fast unlike the Whataburger that is across the way from it that takes about 10 or 15 minutes to get your meal, they're very fast, friendly and useful“
“I came here a few times last night.
Only 1 person was working.
I have to say he was awesome considering his situation. 1- he just started 2- his cook didn't come in 3- it was busy as can be
This guy was running everything he could possibly run all night.
He never complained, each time I stopped while delivering he apologized for the wait , explained and I could see, he was the only person in the building handling every order.
If I was him I probably would've just given up considering the situation.
Management should be happy to have him as an employee and thankful he never quit.“
“I walked into Jack in the Box expecting to get some tacos… I left with a new favorite person in the universe. Devvie, the absolute legend behind the counter, greeted me like I was a long-lost cousin who just won the lottery. My order came out so fast, I think they may have used time travel.
The curly fries were crispier than my credit score, the burger was so good it probably deserves its own Netflix special, and Devvie made sure I had everything I needed before I even knew I needed it. At one point, I’m pretty sure she read my mind — because BOOM, extra ranch appeared like magic.
If you’re thinking about going to this Jack in the Box… stop thinking. Just go. And if you’re lucky enough to have Devvie take your order, prepare yourself for top-tier service, 5-star energy, and possibly the best fast-food experience of your life.“
“It’s Friday night, I worked a long week & I just wanted my food, NOW. Even with a packed drive thru, Antonio took care of me. He made sure my order was CORRECT & promptly served. He really went above and beyond. Knowing that he genuinely cared just made the food taste THAT much better.“
“The 4 tacos were not even warm & had no lettuce on them. So I requested at least they put lettuce on& the top2 had lettuce on themBut the bottom 2 tacos had no lettuce at all.The bottom of each taco sleeve was filled with salsa.Very sloppy & messy.When I posted this...Jack in the box said"Glad you had such a great time."No one at Jack in the box cares what you have to say.“
“Thank You & Major Kudos to the gentleman on September 17, 2024 @ 9pm. My order was made Perfect and, everything was made fresh just like the pictures (I can't have meat and, they've always made my visit a pleasant experience) My experience prior to me driving to this location was awful. Everytime I come the order is repeated back and, made correctly. Thank You all so much keep up the good work.“
“I really appreciate the assistance of the staff on the other day. I was dealing with a family member card declined. They decided to play around and not transfer money to the card. The staff on the day went above and beyond. Thank you again!!!“

“I called because I wasn't sure if this location still sold the avocado lime sauce (my favorite sauce) because I hadn't gotten it the last few times I ordered it and the night manager, Angela told me not to worry and she'd make sure I got my sauce, and I did!!! She was the sweetest and the best, I appreciate her so much 10/10 service <33333“
“The ladies working on Christmas were top tier all of them were on point food was hot and accurate they all moved with purpose and urgency. Most fast food places on Lancaster are disorganized and have no energy these ladies and one gentleman rocked!“
“I have been going to Jack in the box for many years, and I can't remember of ever having my order mixed up the only thing I don't like is that they don't ask you if you need any condiments they have great food and okay prices.“

The tacos were crispy, the burger was fresh, and the fries came out hot which is always a win. Staff was chill and got my order out pretty quick too. “I come here from time to time for breakfast. Every time I use the drive through. Today was exceptionally great due to Kevin D. He provided friendly service from beginning to end and helped me get the day started great. He deserves some recognition for his attitude at work and taking his job seriously. Thanks a lot!“

“When in here to use the restroom to grab some food and the people were very nice very prompt on letting you use the restroom as well as getting your order making sure that you had everything that you needed without any issues and they answered any questions that I had It was very clean in there is very quiet“

She was a breath of fresh air in the middle of a busy chaotic day! And the other lady with blonde hair who brought my french fries to me was also super great too. “I can't say I get the best service during the day (the guy that looks like serj tankian from SOAD) but it makes up for it when you come at night. Preferably around 1:00 to 2:00 a.m. I ordered at 2:00 a.m. on April 6th and the guy there gave me the best service I probably would have gotten at that time, sorry I didn't catch your name though. We'll come again when I clock out as late as I do.
Otherwise, serj will rush you at the window, and I'd say you might get a better order somewhere else he isn't.“
“Pretty standard for a Jack in the Box. Was craving some tacos (as one does), so got some to go with a friend. The shredded lettuce was actually decent. My friend subbed his for onions, which they forgot.
The cashier was nice. Btw two tacos are $1.69, not $0.99 anymore.“
“A couple of weeks ago, I visited this establishment and was served by a gentleman named Andrew. Throughout my visit, he diligently cleaned the area and restocked cups, effortlessly multitasking. I didn’t want to bother him to ask for extra sauce, but when I did, he promptly dropped everything to ensure we were well taken care of. His attentive service made me want to return, and I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the excellent service.“
