I came here a few times last night.
Only 1 person was working.
I have to say he was awesome considering his situation. 1- he just started 2- his cook didn't come in 3- it was busy as can be
This guy was running everything he could possibly run all night.
He never complained, each time I stopped while delivering he apologized for the wait , explained and I could see, he was the only person in the building handling every order.

I went for a late bite in the gentleman Dave’s blessed me awesome service
Ordered a mobile order and they forgot the desert (x1 cheesecake x1 chocolate cake)
Please make sure you have all the items for mobile orders. I understand it’s all fast paced but it’s unfortunate that this is the 2nd day in a row (at a different location) that this has happened.
If the items weren’t ready you could’ve communicated with the person picking up the order to ask or offer replacements.

Jack in the Box offers a reliable and enjoyable dining experience with a menu that includes options like 4 tacos, a chicken sandwich, 5 count mini churros, and a smash burger, all of which have received positive feedback. The restaurant is open later than many fast-food places, with a closing time of 2am, making it a convenient choice for late-night cravings. The staff is generally praised for their professionalism and cheerfulness, although there have been mentions of being overwhelmed during busy times, which might suggest short-staffing. Despite this, the atmosphere remains welcoming, making it a great option for various situations.
