Worst Jack in the Box ever. You have to go through the drive thru. Waited 45 minutes after ordering. I only got one combo. Couldn’t go inside so I had to go through the drive thru again to get a refund. The manager blamed it on the system going down which is a lie because all the cars after me got their food. It’s laughable how bad this location is. The owner should be embarrassed. Needs to be shut down.

Always late whether you are in drive thru or ordering thru app. Computers will mysteriously go down if they are busy. One time they told me that and I said well I have exact change for the order and they still wouldn't take it.

My girl and I were here to pick up for a Doordash delivery. The lobby was closed, so we had to go through the drive through. There was only 1 car in front of us. We waited in the drive through for 25 minutes just to be told someone else already picked up our order. As soon as we left we got another order from same store. We noticed a window in front with a button to push for pick up deliveries. We got out and pressed the button but they ignored us, so we had to get back in the drive thru. With 5 cars in front of us. This is ridiculous! Our customers food will be cold by the time we get it. The lady working the drive thru didn't seem to care at all. Horrible service!

what a most disgusting bathroom

I went thru the drive Thru to order food. I told the lady taking my order that I noticed items missing from my order on the screen. The lady proceeded to state that she was in the bathroom while taking my order. When restating what was missing, the order was not corrected. The order we received was not correct and the food we received was cold and low quality. The front door stated that the lobby was closed. There were other customers standing outside of the drive thru window. I was not pleased with this experience.

Every time I go to this location it seems they're out of everything but sides. I went for a chicken wrap which has a grilled and Crispy option and was told no chicken for wraps, so I asked about chicken for sandwiches and they said yes, so I asked why not cook a grilled chicken patty for a sandwich then slice it up for a wrap and was pretty much looked at with disgust as if that would be an inconvenience for them to actually work by doing their job! Another time I go in and order a sourdough jack and they don't have any hamburger patties ready to make burgers, ive given up on this place they never seem to have anything, ill go a little further to just about any other jack in the box. It's funny too when electing delivery this location is not on any food delivery service, after my experiences I'm not surprised, the number of people who don't get their orders, or the orders are wrong, or no chicken so they get a burger patty in its place, just ridiculous!!!

everytime i come after midnight they say they aren’t serving or they have a system update that takes 30minutes. They take 5minutes just to respond to you in drive thru. Don’t advertise to be 24/7 if your not open 24/7.
