I always visit different locations because I travel and I was looking for the person that is running this locationAnd finally found her yesterday because she was running a while back the location on 377. I am so glad she is here because I feel she is such a great worker. I saw her yesterday while she had a line of kids in her lobby doing it by herself. I went here a couple months ago and the employee named Michael was outrageously rude to me! After I walked in and asked for a 6-inch meatball sub, he proceeded to throw the meatballs at me! I will never return ever again!Wheelchair accessibility: i bad to wheel myself out of the subway covered in meat and marinara!i hated the employee, michael!

Every time I walk through those doors to pick up an order, I'm always delighted to see it's hot, or cold, but ready! This place is an absolute favorite of mine since I started ordering here a couple of months ago, and I think for such a big chain, this location is just fine, even better sometimes.
