Doors locked at 8:22. Why would you lock the doors if you’re open and there is someone inside standing around??

I want to let management know that I and a foster child that I was transporting stopped here on 3/27/24 for a meal. Richard was the employee who was really kind and helpful! Our food was delicious and Richard made a impression on the child so much so that she asked me to leave him a great review! I am happy to do this!

I always visit different locations because I travel and I was looking for the person that is running this locationAnd finally found her yesterday because she was running a while back the location on 377. I am so glad she is here because I feel she is such a great worker. I saw her yesterday while she had a line of kids in her lobby doing it by herself. I will no longer visit any other location since I know she's back in the company at this one. I know I am only one person but, it's people and managers such as her that makes us customers keep coming back to the business and not going to jason deli or jersey mikes. This location is clean smells clean the food looks freshly done and prepared for the day. The smell of cookies when I first walked in is always a delight.Great job young lady and I'll be back soon.

I went here a couple months ago and the employee named Michael was outrageously rude to me! After I walked in and asked for a 6-inch meatball sub, he proceeded to throw the meatballs at me! I will never return ever again!Wheelchair accessibility: i bad to wheel myself out of the subway covered in meat and marinara!i hated the employee, michael!

Every time I walk through those doors to pick up an order, I'm always delighted to see it's hot, or cold, but ready! This place is an absolute favorite of mine since I started ordering here a couple of months ago, and I think for such a big chain, this location is just fine, even better sometimes. It's Subway! The staff is more than amiable with the customers, which I'm always looking for in any establishment. The atmosphere is a little drab, and the chairs are a little too uncomfortable in my opinion, but I wouldn't necessarily stay to eat around when this kind of food is best enjoyed on a bench looking out or sitting on a curb. Speaking of the food, it's good as anywhere else, and it's definitely fresh as can get. I can't speak for much else besides the sandwiches, although the cookies and tea look just as fresh to me as well. Even with my complicated orders, I notice that there's almost never any beats that get skipped. That right there is what makes this place a go-to for me. They don't miss.Regardless, it's a Subway sandwich shop, like many others. This one feels a little more corporate though with its modern environment, and some people might like that just for what it is. I just like it because the sandwiches are big and so is my appetite sometimes. Give it a try, it's a classic!

Avoid app purchases, when I go in and watch my sandwich being made, it always great. Not when I use the app to save time.

I ordered the Monster footlong sub via the Subway App. The photo of the monster sub provided on the app looked like it was overstuffed with deli meat, but I know the real thing rarely looks like the advertisement when it comes to fast food. What I do expect, is if the ad specifies a half pound of meat, there should be 8 oz of meat on the sandwich. I've had many sub sandwiches that don't claim to be a Monster that came with more meat than this sandwich. Even though I was very hungry and had planned on eating during the car ride home, I waited till I got home so I could weigh the meat and be sure I wasn't just imagining being shorted. Sure enough, even dripping with dressing, the sandwich had 33% less meat, by weight, than advertised. This was after tipping the "sandwich artist" 15% ahead of time on the App. The sandwich wasn't horrible, just disappointing. The Next time I feel like eating a $12 sandwich, I'll head to Firehouse or Jimmy John's. I've never still been hungry after eating one of their sandwiches.

They don't close at 10pm they actually close at 9:17pm. Just an FYI for anybody trying to come here. Don't waste your time.

There were only two tiny pieces of chicken in my protein bowl. When asked to weigh the portion of meat, the worker refused and kicked me out of the store.

Four times in a row I have tried to get a sub with meatballs and they are out. It's always several hours before they close. My lastest trip, after they were out of meatballs I had to change and the worker was unable to find one of the meats. She then just added extra ham and charged me for extra ham. So i didn't get the first sub I wanted, I didn't get the second sub I wanted, and I was upcharged for it. If you want Subway, avoid this location.
