The mashed potatoes and gravy weren't even lukewarm. The biscuits were hard and cold. The okra was cold and not good quality. I ordered a Snack Pack, was charged $8.99 for extra food I did not ask for. I'm going back tomorrow with my receipt to get the charges corrected. Oh, the cherry pies were good and warm.Lisa's Chicken is much better.
This is my favorite location because of the staff. I always forget I want a #1 dinner. They are beyond pleasant when they help me remember. Fast and efficient. Forget canes - chicken express always has great fried okra.

Came by to get my family dinner tonight. Chicken was warm at best and several pieces were very stale. We ordered the 20 Pc tenders, family size mashed potatoes and gravy, small corn nuggets and 2 44oz drinks. We received only a small mashed potatoes and a quart of white gravy. Not the kind of quality I expect from Chicken Express. The young lady at the window was not friendly at all. No thank you or smile at all. Will be back again but will specify Fresh Tenders. Over $40.
