Ordered online to pick up dinner on way home. Food was ready and sealed when I arrived to pick up through the drive thru. Even better; my food was still hot when I got home.

Chicken Express is known for its friendly service and cleanliness. The staff is warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Recent reviews highlight that the chicken is very good, especially with jalapeño, and that meals are fresh and tasty when served. The manager and staff are praised for being friendly and professional, with some customers noting the quick service, though it may take about 15 minutes when the food is hot and freshly prepared. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including the 20 Pc tenders, family size mashed potatoes and gravy, small corn nuggets, and the 3 piece combo with corn on the cobb and apple pie. Despite some reports of warm or stale chicken, the pleasant demeanor and efficient service of the staff have earned the establishment a loyal following.
