OMG, I've written a lot of these reviews. I just realized that I got the locations wrong. I had just left the Jack in the Box, off of Loop 820. That's where I received no service in the drive thru. I had sat there for 7-8 minutes after they asked me to hold. And I drove off after they never came back to take my order. This place is so slow, I was in lobby and the only person that helped me was Luis not only that the guy in the back is holding everything up moving like a sloth. The guys name is Robert and he moves so slow I waited for my food for 30 MINUTES!!!
