“This is a late post, but I went to this establishment last Tuesday around 4:00 and the service was wonderful. The food was even better. My fries were hot and fresh. The veggies on my burger were fresh as well. The young lady at the window was pleasant and even asked if I needed condiments, it’s the little things that will set you apart from everyone else. Employees are nice and helpfull,and have a fairly good memory......HOWEVER...during certain times(fridays late)and sometimes heavy traffic times, my order has consistantly been wrongly constructed. “Place has successfully nailed every insane $30+ order full of customized items that have been thrown at it. Late at night, too. They get it right every time. They provide plenty of sauce and additional bags to sort and categorize items with slight differences (like 14 tacos but 6 of them have extra cheese and sauce - get their own bag) without having to wonder or ask.Excellent consideration of the customer and greatly appreciated.“

“Apparently still struggling with short staffing because this location will randomly close their dine-in and go drive-thru only in the middle of a normal weekday, but drive-thru service is efficient and courteous. I find this location to be much easier to get in and out of than the one a little farther east on NW Highway.“

“So far my experience has been mixed about the place, I live around the area so trust me when I say this it can be a hit or miss. “I am definitely a Jack Junkie! When we leave town, I am always trying to find a close location. My daughter is not as big of an enthusiast as I am, so I love that they have breakfast available all day. Me, I am addicted to that buttery swiss, and eggrolls are always a must!! This location is challenging if you are towing anything. The parking lot is just not set up for it. However, the service was great! We were greeted right away. Our food came out hot and fresh! We will definitely visit this location again if we aren't traveling with a travel trailer.“
“Jack-in-the-Box is one of the better fast food restaurants to me. I like the menu because they have everything all the time. The service is just like any other fast food restaurant. The ambience is always like any other fast food restaurant, dirty on the inside and the food is good. They can scrub it clean all day with bleach, but it's going to always be a fast food restaurant and that means it's nasty.I do recommend their breakfast over the other fast food restaurants because of the croissant and for late night, a.k.a. after the club, I recommend the egg rolls.“

“The kids and I always come here a couple times while visiting family down the street from this location. We don't have a Jack in the Box in San Angelo, so we have to get our fix while in town. The only thing we ever get is the breakfast jacks and shakes and they are always delicious! You can't go wrong with the breakfast jack. My dad would always get my sister and I one before church on Sunday growing up. Love this place and will always return when we are in town. It gets five stars from me.“
“This is my favorite jack in the box in the entire metroplex. Yes, they lie about their hours ever sense the pandemic -- every establishment (except Tom Thumb) does this in this intersection for some reason. It used to bother me, but I got used to it.They just have really high quality food and I have never left this place disappointed (unless they lock the doors at 7 pm)Edit: also the manager is really nice, but she is so stingy with hot sauce. She will literally count them out per item you have and give you one packet per item which is weird. I call her Stingy Hot Sauce lady, but she is really nice. I'm sure all these problems stem from a financial problem.Edit 2: decided to go get some Jack in the Box today and as I show up to this empty restaurant with noone in the drive thru at 8 pm, I find the doors are locked and there is a cashier sitting at a table in the dining room talking on her phone who looked inconvenienced by my presence and just worded 'we're closed' as I was staring at a sticker that says the dining room is open til 10 pm. The dining room has not been open past 7 pm for years.They wonder why they are losing business. A part of having a business is having consistent hours. I would literally pay more if the employees got paid more to care and the business actually stayed open like their hours said.I've literally had to knock on the drive thru window because they 'closed the dining room' at 4 pm which is so awkward.I hate to say this, but I think this Jack in the Box is gonna go out of business. It sucks because they make the best tacos in town (well jack in the box tacos) but they are so inconsistent with their hours. Noone in this community wants to go there because they don't know if their open which is a really bad business strategy. It was understandable during the pandemic, but now it's not so cute anymore. I hope they get that together or post more realistic hours that reflect their staffing needs“

“We ate in. IT was busy. Food was good. Manager was of course inexperienced. We did not get our food very quickly. I blame this on manager experience and the fact that the drive through took priority over dine. Managers are not paid well so experiece for them is low. The workers are 40+ which means they cannot get people to work here. The far left have screwed up our system by paying out too much in welfare and causing helthcare to cost too much. Inflation. The tables were not clean when we came in. I blame this in shift change and the fact that not many people eat in the lobby after Covid. But they got right on it and cleaned our table. Not a bad place to eat. Food was good and they were friendly and apologetic. Cleaned the lobby right away.Kid-friendliness: No playground, must be careful with children as drive throughwraps around entire buildind.tey to park directly in front and grab running kids' hands before they exit car.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access table at front table in lobby with straight access to bathroom. “Jack-in-the-Box Tacos were the very first ones I ever heard of more than 55 years ago and I love them. Perhaps the drive-thru lady couldn't believe her ears when I specified "no sauce" on the tacos. Instead, I was given a super sloppy amount of hot sauce which caused me to have to discard much of each taco. But I ate them anyway, because they're SO GOOD!“
