“After a fun night of trunk or treating with the kiddos we stopped at this particular Jack in the box for some late night munchies. We were greeted upon entering by the cashier. I then made my way to the counter placed our order and had just began to fill our cups at the soda fountain station when our order # was called. I had my oldest help with the drinks and I brought our food to the table ( I was beyond amazed at how fresh and hot our food was ) bc like who likes cold tacos or fries?!“

“Just moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area and decided to hit Jack in the Box for a quick bite. Not gonna lie, it hit the spot. The tacos were crispy, the burger was fresh, and the fries came out hot which is always a win. Staff was chill and got my order out pretty quick too. Definitely gonna be one of my go to late night spots around here.“

“Stopped by Jack in the Box and honestly had a pretty solid experience. I grabbed a Jumbo Jack with fries and a drink, and everything came out hot and fresh. The burger was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the fries had a nice crispy crunch. I also grabbed some curly fries because you already know those are hard to pass up lol. The employees were friendly and got my order together pretty quick, and everything was correct. The restaurant was clean and had a chill, casual vibe. I like that Jack in the Box has a bunch of different options when you can’t decide what you’re craving. Prices were pretty reasonable too, especially for a full meal. Nothing fancy, but it definitely hit the spot and filled me up. I’d pull up again when I’m looking for a quick late-night bite or just craving some good fast food.“

“not glazing but this is the BEST jack in the box ever. over of course of 4 years the quality has not changed. sour dough crack is toasted to perfection in both sides everytime and the fries are so perfectly done. the hispanic lady with honey blonde hair is always there, running a tight ship. i love it, never disappointed“

I came through the drive through this morning at around 11:30 having a rough morning (violently hungover) and the sweetest lady working the drive thru just made me want to seize the day & have a great Sunday, she was so sweet! Right when I got home the burger was so hot & delicious & the curly fries have never been better. And the sprite are you kidding me. So crisp. This whole experience just cured me entirely and I will be returning for sure.“

“The drive through speaker was so garbled, it was impossible to understand the cashier repeat the order to confirm order. Of course, the order was incorrect. The cashier was very nice. After, we returned to fix order inside. The food was great. I love Jack in the box. I wish there was one near my home.“

“I am not a big Jack in The Box fan but this one has changed my mind. They have a great smiley customer service. Have old school jams and the workers dancing singing and having a good time really made the experience fun. The food came out hot and made to order. Overall the vibe was up lifting and fun. “Apparently still struggling with short staffing because this location will randomly close their dine-in and go drive-thru only in the middle of a normal weekday, but drive-thru service is efficient and courteous. I find this location to be much easier to get in and out of than the one a little farther east on NW Highway.“

“40 years ago I moved a few blocks from here. And I've lived all over town. However this location is good, right on Central Expressway. Jack in the Box has NEVER been my favorite fast food but they have a broad, varied menu which makes them a good place to land sometimes. But I can't write anything bad about them. I'm just not crazy about the food. However they have so much of it, it's worth stopping and experimenting.“

Lupita deserves appreciation and recognition for not only her work but for how she represented the company tonight. My car overheated and I pulled into the parking lot while I cried on my steering wheel. I came inside to spend my last $4 on a Jr. Chicken Sandwich and a water cup to pour into my coolant tank. She gave me exemplary service, a delicious sandwich, and a large water for my car. She was kind and offered me a smile and encouragement instead of judgement.

“After fasting the night before to do blood work I picked up my order to have after blood work was complete opening the bag my entire order was wrong I would not even drink the soda because I couldn't be sure if it was a diet soda after returning the foods they were nonchalant fortunately not argumentative because I didn't have a receipt with shrugged shoulders and smeared looks“

“The service is almost always great most or the people who work there are very helpful and willing to help me. If I ask for lots of hot sauce or any other sauces they almost always huck it up a few or the workers there go above and beyond making my experience so much better when they are there. Besides that food is good and always what you would expect from a jack in the box. Only thing the area dose have lots of homeless walking about.“

“Had gone threw drive threw. Used a receipt to call and do the servay to get a free breakfast sandwich thing. Wasn't working for the first time but luckily the workers there helped and was able to get my free breakfast sandwich with purchase of one. So all worked out like normal. “I would like to give Kudos to the kindest friendliest fast food restaurant manager Erica in this location, I stopped today before a Dr.apointment for lunch around 12:10-12:40ish and I order inside thru my online app as i was waiting for my brother that went with me to come out of the restroom, well I order wrongly (my fault) as i was very stressed about my apointment and she had asked me before if she could help me ,But I just kindly declined as I thought I was doing it correctly, well turns out I didn't, and she immediately offered to fix it for me with the kindest and gentle voice that honestly made me feel better about my coming apointment, I apologize and thanked her for helping even after I should of asked first instead of ordering online on my own ,but this jack in the box is thriving just looking and hearing how she interacted/greeted the customers and thanking them for coming and inviting to come back it was beautiful, and with a big nice smile that I could feel and tell is honest ! She also surprised me ,she talked perfect decent Spanish! She didn't stopped or hesitated to greet or take hispanic customers orders, she just like any bilingual other switched up the language fluently and beautifully! “Does Jack in the Box on Davis Street in Oak Cliff is like the one best Jack in the Box I love to go with get Jack in the Box that is by Lew Sterrett jail and the Jack in the Box that is on Fort Worth Avenue neither one of those Jack in the Box's compared to the good work that the Jack in the Box does on Davis all of those men and that one lady cook they work together they understand the communicate each other I forgot to add on my mail talk with extra crispy and they made them so fast it was so good this is the only place that will make my tacos the way I like them I love love come to this Jack in the Box cuz they're always busy the atmosphere the dining area is always packed and there's very seldomly places to sit but it's so worth waiting you know because the food is hot my fries were super hot real good heart I love it there“

“I loved the food! It really was fresh and hot. But it took the girl literally 18 minutes to take my order and when I turned the corner to go to the drive through window the guy that ordered before me was still there. We waited another 16 minutes before we got to the window. They had to be short staffed but man was it dead in the whole store so it seemed a bit excessive.“

“This location is actually pretty good. I'm also a fan of Jack in the box since I was a little boy. The other day went I went I ordered my regular breakfast Jack combo with bacon instead of the regular ham. For the first time ever in all these years the cook had scrambled the egg in the sandwich instead of frying it hard like usual. I must say I don't know how it happened, but I actually liked it better! Now I'm sure if I ask them to ever do that again or at another location they would look at me like I was crazy.. The staff at this location changes often. However, usually it's a good experience with minimal issues.“

On the rare occasions when it's not right, they fix it without a hassle. Cindy and I like almost everything they serve. I especially like the loaded mini tacos and the larger burgers. “Hi, to everyone I hope you're having a wonderful weekend Sunday night since I'm still up I decided to let you know how my experience at Jack In The box. Sometimes I don't check my bag when I pull off in the Drive-Thru but anyway when I got home last night I was disappointed because my salad that I purchased the salad dressing wasn't in the bag but the one that I wanted they gave me another brand something that I can't eat because of my strict diet but anyway I put it in the refrigerator so when I go back I am going to go back in the Drive-Thru and tell them to give me my right salad dressing the one that I like it is something like vinaigrette it is very good and very low fat if you watching your figure like me this is one of my New Year resolutions. Awesome grilled chicken salad I love the lettuce it is so green and fresh you will be very satisfied check them out but please make sure that you try out the vinaigrette. The service was okay but she could have did better. Maybe I will go back in 2 weeks good night sleep tight and don't forget when you go into a drive through double check your bag..... Disappointed“
