I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 50 years now. I remember how excited our neighborhood was when this Jack in the box was built in our neighborhood. I am sad to say that the quality and the efficiency of the employees is extremely substandard and after 6 months of not ordering anything from this Jack in the box, nothing has changed. Employees were speaking Spanish and yelling at each other about making change for a large bill one employee also seemed to be mad because another employee made change as someone else in the back yelled out I wouldn't have done it. Then I think it was the manager that was sitting in the dining room that out no where yelled out an employee's name I got scared and jumped up to see what was going on.
