I went to Jack in the box a@ 3:41a.m I order 2 number 21 the order was on the stream she repeated the order to me when I get to the window telling me i owed 16.04 i just said I didn’t wanna order and give me my money back the man who is a manager on night shift with gold hair and make up threw my 20 dollar bill at me why the other night shifted laugh the cook was laughing someone came out and took a picture of my car i feel like this is has to me taken care of so I’m going to the district manager corporate and etc y’all need to know who y’all serving you don’t know who people work for

I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 50 years now. I remember how excited our neighborhood was when this Jack in the box was built in our neighborhood. I am sad to say that the quality and the efficiency of the employees is extremely substandard and after 6 months of not ordering anything from this Jack in the box, nothing has changed. This Jack in the box is notorious for not completing any orders. They're also notorious for getting all your orders wrong. That being said I also tried to get ahold of upper management and was told that there is no HR and the manager gave me a number that did not work. This Jack in the box is knowingly stealing from our neighborhood by not providing food and services that are purchased from them. I hate to say it but I hope this place closes down soon. I will not be returning or ordering there ever again!

Employees were speaking Spanish and yelling at each other about making change for a large bill one employee also seemed to be mad because another employee made change as someone else in the back yelled out I wouldn't have done it. Then I think it was the manager that was sitting in the dining room that out no where yelled out an employee's name I got scared and jumped up to see what was going on.
Just cook at home. Avoid fast food.
