My food is always hot when I come here but the location sucks to drive in to
I want to give Dina a shoutout because she was working so hard. There were only two people working, one lady in the kitchen and Dina handling both the front register and the drive thru by herself. She was going back and forth trying to take care of everyone. She definitely deserves some recognition and some extra help. Management needs to get her some help because she was doing the job of more than one person. Great job Dina!

Jack in the Box offers friendly and mostly accurate service, with staff being kind to the less fortunate. Wheelchair accessibility is fully functional. Customers praise Bryan for his excellent customer service, offering solutions when faced with issues. The drive-thru experience, although long, is made pleasant by the enthusiastic and happy African-American Lady Manager, who trains new staff with a welcoming attitude. The location at Fitzhugh & 75 is commended for its staff's positivity and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Jack in the Box is a reliable late-night drive-thru spot known for burgers that hit the spot and curly fries that don’t disappoint. Customers find the tacos oddly decent, and the milkshakes are a fun throwback to simpler times. However, some reviews mention issues with service, including slow times and lukewarm food. The chicken burger has received praise, and while the burgers are considered average, the overall experience remains solid for fast-food comfort.
