Employees have policies in place that should not apply and think their word trumps the receipt. If the app & receipt says 2 sauces are 0.00$ you either change your app or give me 2 sauces for 0.00$.
Marquel or Markel...not sure how you spell it but you know who I'm talking about....HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! Like asap! If he's not already a night shift manager, he needs to be! Absolutely 5 stars but only for him.

The place was clean, the staff was busy and nobody was standing around.. really nice to see not a single person on a phone.. good job management... The problem I have, is the new self service is that the staff don't greet u, when u come in and they seem to be scared to talk to you when u ask them anything....
