Jack in the Box is a restaurant with overnight and late evening shifts staffed by pleasant employees. The drive-thru service can be improved, as customers may need to repeat their orders several times, and there have been issues with orders being packaged incorrectly. The location has ample parking, including spots near a RaceTrac gas station, and is wheelchair accessible. However, the staff member taking orders in the morning could improve their greeting to make customers feel more welcome. The restaurant offers a variety of food options, including a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns, but attention should be given to ensure proper packaging to prevent damage to lighter items.
