I work near the area overnight, I would just like to say the men that are employed there overnights have always been pleasant to interact with. I don't think I've come on a day during lunch when the customer service was bad even on busier nights & that makes all the difference in the world. Encountered a young man whom I hadn't saw at the window before on 4/3/24, his name was Dante I believe according to my receipt. He was the sweetest soul even with it being as busy as it was. I hope you all keep up the dynamic when it comes to the men you chose for your overnight/late evening shifts. This is one of my more favorite locations to visit for sure.

I don’t know why but every time I go to the drive thru they say that their system is down and they can’t take any orders. Just for some context, it’s around 4 am when I go. It used to be 2 times a week that I would go but stopped going for that reason. I went this morning, for the first time in months, and sure enough “our system is down.”

One of reason I dont frequent this establishment is because of the rude customer service and the place is always dirty. You can't Neva talk to a manager to express how you feel about the restaurant. I hope this place can get it together and become a great restaurant again some day ...

I ordered from door dash. I specifically said no onions because I'm allergic. The order they sent was covered in onions and 90%of the order was missing. When I called them to tell them what had happened, they answered the phone with Hello instead of the standard business greeting. You're at work. Not at home. Horrible place. Even worse because of stupid employees. Negative 1.

Disgusting. The tables all had hair, dirt and trash on them. Bathrooms were even worse. Funny you have to ask for access to the restroom but they aren't even remotely sanitary.Horrible arrogant customer service. Waited 10 minutes after walking in before we were acknowledged by the associates behind the counter, that made eye contact when we walked in. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Needs to be shut down. Where is the health department ? Seriously. So nasty.

We had to tell the drive thru person 4 different times what we wanted, and she still got part of the order wrong.Parking: Plenty of spots because it's near a RaceTrac gas station.Wheelchair accessibility: Normal access for wheelchairs.
