Great service. Very friendly. Mrs. Claudia and Mrs. Alycia are always welcoming and appreciate your business. Couldn't ask for more.
Erica on the evening shift was absolutely amazing!!! Her vibes was phenomenal 🥰 she literally smiles the whole time while serving her customers. So welcoming and well rounded when making a drink to wind down the night 100/100 would recommend the evening time for dinner and drinks

The Bristol Bar & Grill, located in the Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Center, offers a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant staff is praised for their excellent customer service and attentiveness to guests' needs. Many diners have enjoyed flavorful meals, such as the herb crusted chicken, salmon dish, and chicken quesadilla. However, some reviews mention that certain items, like the turkey club and Cuban sandwich, were disappointing and overpriced. The atmosphere is typical for a hotel restaurant and bar. Guests have commented on the quick service and that the food is served promptly. The hotel rooms are generally clean and well-maintained, although lighting may be an issue for some. It's important to note that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, which may lead to extra transportation costs. Overall, the Bristol Bar & Grill and Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Center provide a satisfactory lodging and dining experience, with a few areas for improvement.
