This is most likely the worst Jack in the Box I have visited. Consistently managed to mess up simple orders and an unenergetic staff who doesn't care about the customer or their job.
If your planing to eat at jack in the box ...please reconsider for the one on lancaster and tiernary. The service is poor and most of the attitudes ..i ordered sweet ice tea and its taste like coffee the food is isn't that good so do your self a favor ...Go to the jack in the box on bridge St and 820...much better service and food ...G.S

I had a decent experience with Jack in the Box. The attendant at the drive-through order and delivery window seemed tired but she was very polite and friendly. She repeated my order three times and didn't mind at the window before passing my food out of the window. I requested a few more napkins and ketchup for my group and she wasn't bothered by it, at all. She was knowledgeable about her brand and remained professional my short visit.
