I usually come around lunch hour and the staff is kind. Today I came around 4pm and the cashier was rude from taking our order to handing us our food. Fries literally thrown in the bag. Maybe he was having a bad day or doesn’t like working there, whatever the case, I hope he corrects his attitude & realize he represents the company.
So... I can order a 3 PC meal, but if I want to pick the pieces I am going to eat (i.e. 3 legs instead of a leg, wing, and thigh) I have to pay extra? And even though I have been ordering this exact thing at this exact location for years now, with no upcharge, it's suddenly a thing. Not adding extra pieces of chicken, just subbing, and it costs extra? That's nuts. Y'all got a church's right across the street, you know that right? So if y'all are gonna do this I'll just go there....read full review

Usually, the food is hot and fresh, but on 2/5/24, it was the worst that I've ever had. The wicked wings and fried okra were so stale and hard. It wasn't edible at all! Too bad I was home in Hurst when I checked. The staff was great .Parking: Easy to park, also close to the front door
