“A great burger. From my first year in the bay area there was something special about Nation's Giant Burgers, scattered around the East Bay. A juicy patty, cheese, with the fixings a nice clump of lettuce, onions and tomato, thick slab of cheese and pickles. Great thick fries, and pies.. seriously the best pie I ever had was at a Nation's. Their Strawberry Tart only offered when in season, is just large strawberries, a tasty almost shortbread crust and whipped cream. The one I had in 2001, days after 9/11, the strawberries were bursting with juice, almost like a jam, the skin barely holding, and. not too sweet, not too tart... In Plant City, Florida they have amazing strawberries.. previously the best I had ever tasted, but these, from a California Farm is what they said, are always going to be the best. �Other than their Strawberry Tart, I like their Banana Split, Banana Cream, Chocolate Cream, Pecan, Blueberry... well.. all of them. Never a bad choice. How I like my burger. Cheese, no dressing, grilled onions, light lettuce. Then I get hash browns and ham on the side (sometimes one egg also) and add them to the burger. Anyway. yes. 👍 more, again.“

“My love and I came before the Super Bowl and it was empty when we first arrived, but it’s becoming fuller as we’re about to leave. I got the Western Bacon BBQ burger meal with skinny fries, and the burger was so delicious, I told the cooks that they put BOTH feet into it, ensuring it was more delicious than I expected. My love had the turkey burger meal with skinny fries and really enjoyed it, even recommending I try it next time we return. Great customer service all around!“

“I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a chicken Philly cheesesteak and a cherry limeade. That cherry limeade was so good, I could probably drink a gallon of it. That burger is what I have been craving for days, like a casual, good old-fashioned burger. Then when I tell you this Philly cheesesteak, I need a couple, like I warmed it the next day and it tastes so good. I’m not a fan of crinkle fries at all, on top of that, it tasted as though they refried it, which I don’t like. Now the philly alone cost $10 but I would say everything else is reasonably priced

I love all the Baseball memorabilia on display. This establishment was founded by former Texas Rangers manager Bobby Valentine back in 1985.“

“I believe I waited 5 minutes at drive thru, but the lady at the window was very nice and professional. This is my first visit, but won't be my last. My order came out hot and correct. Our orders were the hickory burger with bacon and chili cheese fries and a bacon burger with chili cheese fries and they were delicious! “First time at Connie's and it made a great first impression! My boyfriend and I found this place on TikTok and the food looked amazing. When we arrived, it was pretty empty, which made me a little nervous at first-but the food definitely proved that wrong.
We both ordered the Philly cheesesteak with the
5-piece wing combo. The wings were the perfect size, and we got the extra hot and sweet chili flavors 10/10! Definitely get them extra crispy. The cheesesteak was flavorful and paired really well with the chicken. The pricing is not crazy expensive and the portions are more than enough to eat off again.

“Only come here for hot dogs!! I went to 2 other hot dog restaurants in this city and they both gave me inedible gross undercooked hot dogs. This is the only restaurant that actually properly cooks their hot dogs. Sad that other places that specialize in hot dogs don't know how to cook their own hotdogs. “2nd visit today. Tiana was great. Helped me figure out soda machine and told me I get two refills I can scan for. Then helped with issue with amount of fries my kids meal. Previous visit had plenty of fries for dine in. This time was a “to go” that I ate in restaurant and very few fries. When I asked if maybe this was the normal kids meal amount and perhaps last time they gave me extra, she told me they definitely gave me too few this time and she got me more. I first had them catered at my friend’s son’s birthday party and I had to visit their location in person because their tacos were that good. They offer catering, to-go, and a small dine in. It’s located in a convenience store off of Matlock Rd. Such good authentic Mexican tacos. $12 for this plate of 4 pastor tacos with rice and beans!“
