We got it togo and it was all good. The place is clean. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly lady behind the counter. We ordered salads with extra toppings like grilled mushrooms and grilled jalapeños. And we ordered the works. All was perfect.I wish they had coke products instead of Pepsi products. But other than that it was a good experience.

It taste really good. It looks like Chapps is franchise now so at first I want sure if it was going to taste authentic. The burger was juicy and didn't taste like it's been frozen with fresh veggies. The fries were a little over cooked for me though.
